Classic casserole with semolina. Pear can be replaced with apples, peaches or plums, or you can simply stir raisins or prunes into the dough.

Step 1/5
Whisk the sugar and eggs into a lush foam.
Step 2/5
Then add the cottage cheese and beat until smooth.
Step 3/5
Add the semolina and salt to the dough, stir and leave to swell the semolina for 20 minutes.
Step 4/5
Place the dough in a greased tin. Thinly slice the pear and press lightly into the dough, placing it on top.
Step 5/5
Put the casserole in the oven preheated to 180C and bake for about 30 minutes until browned. Check readiness with skewer. Such a casserole tastes both hot and cold .
