Recipe "Chicken gherkin in red wine"
Ingredients for 2 servings
chicken gherkin
1 pc.
wine red
300 ml
onions
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
carrots
1 pc.
bell pepper
1 pc.
olive oil
1 tbsp. l.
salt
1 tsp or to taste
sugar
1 tsp
thyme
several twigs (optional)
Step 1/6
Peel onions, carrots and garlic. Cut the onions into medium cubes, carrots into rounds, garlic into slices.
Step 2/6
Preheat a pan of olive oil. Put the prepared vegetables in it and fry for a few minutes, stirring if necessary.

Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper, cut the flesh into strips and put it on the rest of the vegetables.

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Add red wine, salt, sugar to vegetables, mix and bring to a boil.

Put the chopped chicken, a few sprigs of thyme and simmer for 1 hour under the lid.
