Recipe for Herb and Lemon Gherkin Chickens

Ingredients per 3 servings

Carcass of gherkin chicken
3 pcs.
Lemon
1 pc.
Yam and/or potatoes
1 kg
Thyme and rosemary
small bundle
Garlic
2 cloves
Orange Lemon Jam
1 tbsp. spoon
Olive oil
Salt

Wash potatoes and yams with a brush, cut into circles about 1 cm thick, sprinkle with salt, pour a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir, place on a baking tray along with the thyme and rosemary sprigs, bake at 180C while you prepare the chickens.

Cut the lemon in half, cut one half into 3 slices, squeeze the juice out of the second.

Grate the chickens with salt and pepper, put a slice of lemon and sprigs of rosemary and thyme inside, bind the chickens with a culinary thread.
