Ingredients for 2 servings
chickens gherkins
2 pcs.
orange
1-2 pcs.
red onion
garlic
clove
pine nuts
handful
narsharab
2 tbsp. spoons
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/4
Mix the olive oil with the narcharab, salt, pepper and garlic.
Step 2/4
Rub all sides of the gherkin carcasses with this mixture.
Step 3/4
Cut the oranges into rounds, the onions into thin feathers.
Step 4/4
Put most of the onions and oranges in a baking dish, put the gherkin carcasses, top with the remaining onions and oranges, sprinkle with pine nuts, cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and let the gherkins brown - done! Rice is good as a side dish.
