Chicken gherkin

Cut the chicken lengthwise along the line of the chest bone and open like a book. Remove the goose and rub the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large, well-warmed pan, melt the butter and put the chicken back up, press (you can use a special heavy lid or just put a plate on the chicken, and put a saucepan filled with water on top) and fry over high heat for 7 minutes.

Turn on the back, press again, reduce the heat a little and fry until tender - about 15 minutes (make an incision in the thick part of the leg, if transparent juice flows out - the chicken is ready). The tobacco chicken is ready - let it rest for 10 minutes (put on a plate and cover with foil) and serve with fresh vegetables and a green salad.

Or you can go a little further and make sauce for chkmeruli! Put the chicken on a dish, cut into 4 parts and cover with foil. In the frying pan in which the chicken was fried, put the garlic (passed through a garlic bottle) and fry until slightly golden.

Then pour in the milk, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and hold for 1-2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve!
