Recipe for "Truffles "
Ingredients for 10-15 portions
chocolate bitter
100 g
cream 10%
2 tbsp. spoons
fragrant alcohol
1-2 tbsp. spoons
cocoa (for dipping)
1 tbsp. spoon
coconut chips (for dipping)
1-2 tbsp. spoons
sugar
to taste and need
Step 1/6
Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in the cream and heat it over low heat, constantly stirring. Chocolate will gradually begin to melt, stir intensively, do not let overheat. Then you gradually get a smooth, shiny, thick, homogeneous mass.

Turn off the heat and, interfering just as intensively, pour in a couple of spoons of fragrant alcohol. Add sugar to taste, if desired. Pour the chocolate into any container and leave in the refrigerator overnight. The mass will thicken.

Pour the cocoa powder and coconut chips into different plates.

Using a cold spoon, collect the chocolate and roll the balls (one chocolate bar makes 10-12 candies). Roll part of the truffles in cocoa.

The rest are in coconut shavings.
