Recipe "Thick hot chocolate"
Ingredients per 1 serving
milk
200 ml
chocolate bitter
10 squares
cornstarch
1 tbsp. l. with a slide
sugar
to taste
salt
to taste
marshmallows
for decorating
Step 1/4
Pour the milk into a saucepan and place on the stove. When heated, add chocolate, sugar and some salt. Stir until the chocolate melts.
Step 2/4
In a separate bowl, mix the cold milk with the starch. This is necessary in order to prevent the formation of lumps.
Step 3/4
Pour the mixture of milk and starch into hot milk and chocolate. Stir constantly to make the mass uniform.
Step 4/4
Pour the chocolate into cups and garnish each portion with marshmallows.
