Recipe "Tortilla, or Omelet with Potatoes"
Ingredients for 1-2 portions
potatoes
1 pc.
red onion (medium)
1/2 pc.
egg
4 pcs.
tomato
1 pc.
olive oil
3 tbsp. spoons
ground black pepper
1/4 tsp or to taste
salt
1/2 tsp or to taste
Step 1/7
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
Step 2/7
Preheat the pan. Pour 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, lay out the potatoes and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After 5-7 minutes, add 100 ml of water and cook until the water evaporates.

Slice the onion into thin feathers. At the tomato, remove the stalk and cut the flesh into strips.

Put the onion and tomato in the pan to the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, remembering to stir occasionally.

Break the eggs into a bowl, salt, pepper, shake with a fork.

Add the remaining oil to the vegetables in the pan, mix and evenly fill everything with the egg mixture. Fry over a medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. As soon as the egg grabs, roll the omelet in half and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve garnished with herbs, onion feathers and cherry halves (optional).
