Ingredients for 2 servings
tomatoes peeled in their own juice
1 bank
olive oil for frying
2-3 tbsp. l.
baguette
1 pc.
parmesan cheese young
100 g
small onion
1 pc.
garlic
1-2 tooth.
salt
1/2 hr.
oregano
1/4 tsp
dried basil
1/4 tsp
sugar
1/2 hr.
hot pepper
ad libitum
ground paprika
1/2 tsp or to taste (optional)
Step 1/7
Pour 1 tbsp. l olive oil into a small saucepan. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into medium pieces. Fry everything together until ready for 3-5 minutes.

Pour oregano, dried basil, sugar, salt. Add hot peppers and/or paprika, if desired.

Put the tomatoes in a saucepan, add 200 ml of water if desired. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Thinly slice the baguette and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly drizzle over the olive oil.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place the cheese on the baguette slices and bake in the oven preheated to 220 ℃ for 5 minutes.

Punch the finished soup with a blender until smooth. Serve with cheese croutons, garnished with fresh herbs.
