halibut steak

shrimps

mussels
200 g
large onion

tomato product
500 ml
basil

garlic
2-3 cloves
olive oil

dry oregano

Thaw fish, mussels and shrimp in advance in the refrigerator, so they will not lose their juiciness and taste.

Cut the onions into small cubes and scrape in olive oil until transparent.

Pour in the tomato product, add salt, pepper, oregano and chopped basil leaves, simmer for 5 minutes.
