Recipe "Tomato smoothie"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
tomatoes
400 g
spinach
20-30 g
bell pepper red
½ pcs.
yellow bell pepper
½ pcs.
tomato juice
0.5 L
arugula
10 g
parsley
2 sprigs
salt
½ tsp or to taste
Step 1/6
Wash all vegetables and herbs. Put the spinach in the bowl of a blender.

Peel the bell peppers, roughly chop and add to the spinach.

Add the rocket to the blender.

Remove the stalk from the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into wedges and also put in a blender.

Pour in the tomato juice and crush all the ingredients with a blender until smooth. If it is very thick, you can add water - 0.5 liters or to taste to the desired consistency.

Add salt to the finished smoothie as desired and to taste, and mix again.
