The creamy flavours of tiramisu, matcha and raspberry are the perfect summer dessert. You can cook in a general form, but it looks more beautiful in portion creamers or cups .

Recipe "Tiramisu without eggs from the match"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Cookies French sticks
7-8 pcs.
matcha latte
4 tbsp. spoons
mascarpone
400g (2 packs)
cream 30%
190g
icing sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
raspberry
100 g
water
200ml + 3tbsp
Step 1/7
Dilute 3 tbsp. spoons of matcha in a small amount of cool water, whisking.
Step 2/7
Top up with water to 200ml.
Step 3/7
Prepare cups or cremants. Dip the biscuits in matcha tea and place on the bottom of the cremants. Add a few raspberries to each.
Step 4/7
Beat the cream with a mixer with powdered sugar and mascarpone until fluffy. You can add a pinch of match when whipping, then the cream will also turn out green.

Place on top of the biscuits and raspberries.
Step 6/7
Leave the dessert in the fridge for an hour.
Step 7/7
Serve garnished with raspberry berries.
