Ingredients for 2 servings
cauliflower
small head
bell pepper
2 pcs.
celery petiole
1-2 stems
Hungarian brisket or bacon
2 strips
garlic clove
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Sort cauliflower into inflorescences, pepper (take a bright pepper of two colors) cut into strips, celery in small pieces, finely chop the garlic.

In a large saucepan, boil the water and blanch the cabbage for about a minute, then remove immediately from the water.
Step 3/3
Cut the bacon into small squares and cook over a low heat until the fat is melted, then put pepper, celery and garlic on the bacon, cook for two to three minutes, add cabbage, salt, pepper and warm for another minute. Done!
