500 g
breadcrumbs
20 g
table salt
1 tsp or to taste
fresh parsley
a couple of twigs
ground black pepper

fresh potatoes
300 g (3 pcs.)
fried onion dry
15 g (approximately 1 tbsp)
butter
20 g
rice flour
20 g (1 tbsp)
ground allspice
1/3 tsp
dill dry
1/6 tsp or to taste

Defrost the pike perch fillet, remove from the skin and chop with a heavy knife. Place in a bowl.

Finely chop the garlic and parsley and add to the fish.

Add egg, breadcrumbs. Salt, pepper and mix until combined.

Boil the potatoes and remember. Mix with fried onions, butter, flour, allspice and finely chopped dill.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the minced fish in a crescent shape, with potatoes on top. Cover with another layer of minced fish. Seal the edges. You should end up with a crescent-shaped fish patty with a potato filling. You can make one large solid, like us, or a little smaller.
