Recipe "Tuna tataki in sesame crust with savory sauce"
Ingredients for 2 servings
tuna steak
2 pcs (250g)
sesame
2 tbsp. spoons
For the sauce:
unrefined sesame oil
3 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
lime juice
2 tbsp. spoons
black pepper
approximately 1 g
salt
not much
For the salad:
salad mix
60 g
carrots
30 g
mango
300g
cucumber
50 g

If using frozen fish, first defrost it, leaving it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator overnight. Remove excess liquid with a paper towel.

Brush tuna steaks with olive oil, roll in sesame. Fry in a hot non-stick frying pan on both sides for 1.5-2 minutes. Let the finished steak rest for 5-10 minutes, then cut.

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice. Add pepper and salt, mix everything and leave for 10 minutes.

Grate the carrots (you can use the one for Korean carrots), cut the cucumber into strips, dice or strips of mango.

First, place the lettuce leaves on a plate, followed by the carrots, cucumber and mango. Top with the sliced tuna steak and pour the sauce over everything.
