Recipe "Scallop tartar"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings

teriyaki sauce
1.5 tbsp. spoons
hot pepper
several small rings
microgreens
for decorating
onion red
10 g
cilantro
twig (optional)
lime

Step 1/5
Defrost the scallops. Remove the "legs," if any. Cut into medium chunks and fold into a bowl.

Finely chop the onion. For this dish, it is imperative to take sweet onions. Add to the scallops.

Add the teriyaki sauce and 1 teaspoon of lime juice and mix.

Cut hot peppers into thin rings, add to a bowl with scallops. Add finely chopped cilantro if desired. Mix everything and leave for 5 minutes.

Put the tartare on a plate in the form of a puck, for this you can use round cookie cutters. Garnish with microgreen, chilli ring and serve with lime wedge.
