The combination of sweet grapes with blue mold cheese is a classic, you can serve as a cheese plate, or you can go a little further and make wonderful tartlets!

Recipe "Tartlets with blue cheese, grapes and avocado cream"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
blue cheese
70-90 g
white grapes
small branch
ripe avocados
2 pcs.
tartlets
1 pack
a few green basil leaves
lemon juice
1 tsp
salt
Step 1/3
Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel off the skin. Set aside one half of the avocado (it will come in handy for other salads ).
Step 2/3
Put the avocado pulp in a blender, add lemon juice, salt and basil, punch until smooth, spread the resulting cream over the tartlets.
Step 3/3
Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes, cut large grape berries in half, leave small ones whole. It is advisable to use kishmish, or take out the bones. Place the cheese and grapes on top of the avocado cream - done! Tip: tartlets can be filled with cream in advance and tightened with film, and cheese and grapes can be added just before serving, otherwise the cream may darken. Bon appetit!
