Recipe for "Tuna Tacos"
Ingredients for 3 servings
canned tuna
1 bank
onion red
1/3 pc. (20 g)
cilantro
a few twigs
mayonnaise
1 tbsp. spoon
avocado
2 pcs.
lemon
1 pc.
wheat tortilla with spinach

Step 1/5
Cut the onion into feathers and fold into a bowl. Drain the tuna and put the fillet to the onion. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice. Stir.

Cut the tortillas so that you get tortillas with a diameter of about 12 cm - for this you can use a small bowl of a suitable size. Heat them slightly in a dry pan (they should not dry out).

Add mayonnaise to tuna with onions.

Halve the avocado, peel and stone, and cut into small pieces. Chop the cilantro. Add the avocado and cilantro to the tuna with the onion and mayonnaise. Squeeze the lemon juice to taste. Stir.

Bend each tortilla in half, put the filling. Tuna tacos are ready.
