Ingredients for 4 servings
bell pepper

champignons
5-6 pcs.
leek (white part)

tomato (large)
1 pc.
Russian cheese
200 g
garlic
1 clove
butter
1 tbsp. spoon
cilantro
a few twigs
paprika

Peel the potatoes, dice and put in a saucepan, cover with cold water (about 0.75 l) and put to cook, in the middle of cooking add cut champignons.
Step 2/4
Grind carrots and peppers and fry in butter, separately fry the leek and garlic cut into rings, cut the tomato into wedges.
Step 3/4
Add vegetables to the soup, cook for another 5 minutes until the potatoes are ready, add grated cheese.
Step 4/4
Purée the soup with a blender, salt, pepper, add a pinch of paprika for color. Serve garnished with a sprig of cilantro or parsley.
