Cheese pie recipe
Ingredients for 6-8 servings
Curd 5% (for lower layer)
400 g
Egg (for bottom layer)
2 pcs.
Flour (for lower layer)
3 tbsp. spoons
Salt (for lower layer)
Soda (for bottom layer)
pinch
Paprika (for bottom layer)
1 tbsp. spoon
Russian cheese (for the top layer)
500 g
Egg (for top layer)
3 pcs.
Butter
for lubrication

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork along with the eggs.

Pour in the paprika, flour, a pinch of soda and salt.

Mix well and place in a butter-greased tin.

Finely grate the cheese.

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with a fork, mix well with the cheese .

Put the cheese mass on top of the curd and flatten. Put the cake tin in the oven preheated to 190S and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a smooth golden crust forms.
