Recipe "Cheese balls"
Ingredients for 4 servings
ricotta
250 g
Adygea cheese from goat milk
100 g
Azolo cheese
100 g
blue cheese MonteBlun
100 g
seedless grapes
small brush
pistachios
50 g
sweet juicy pear
ground black pepper (or hazelnuts)
walnuts
sprig of cilantro
paprika
Step 1/6
Grate different types of cheese on a fine grater into three small bowls, add riccotta to each cheese, mix, you should get a thick mass.
Step 2/6
Separate the grapes from the twigs, peel the pear and cut into small cubes, peel the pistachios and chop finely.
Step 3/6
Roll balls from the cheese mass, putting the filling in the center: for blue cheese, take a piece of pear, roll the ball in pistachio crumb.

Put the grapes inside the goat cheese ball, roll in pepper (hot pepper, if desired, you can replace it with crushed hazelnuts).
Step 5/6
The filling for the Azolo cheese ball will be a walnut with a cilantro leaf, roll in a wig.
