grated parmesan

gorgonzola cheese
50 g
canned pineapple
50 g
sweet paprika
50 g
green basil for garnish

Mix curd cheese and grated parmesan until smooth.

Add crushed gorgonzola to it and mix thoroughly.

Form balls of about 30 grams from the resulting cheese mass.
