An interesting version of curd cheesecakes, with a surprise inside. They are good at any time of the year, but especially tasty in summer with seasonal berries - for example, with ripe cherries. And, of course, you can use any marmalade for this recipe .

Recipe "Cheesecakes with gummy filling"
Ingredients for 2 servings
9% formation curd
350 g
egg (yolks only)
2 pcs.
flour
3 tbsp. spoons
salt
1/4 tsp
sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
black marmalade
2 pcs.
vegetable oil or ghee
3 tbsp. spoons
sour cream
for filing
sweet cherry
for filing
Step 1/7
Separate the whites from the yolks, you won't need the whites in this dish.
Step 2/7
Add sugar, salt to egg yolks and mix with a whisk (no need to beat). Add cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. spoons of flour and grind with a spoon until smooth. Divide the "dough" into four parts.
Step 3/7
Pour 1 tbsp. spoon with a heap of flour. Take one part of the curd "dough," roll on all sides in flour, form a washer.
Step 4/7
With a knife, make a pocket washer in the side, put half a slice of marmalade, seal and form a cheesecake. Do the same with the remaining three pieces of curd "dough."

Place the cheesecakes in a frying pan with the butter and cook over a medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side.

Cut a circle from the parchment along the diameter of your pan, cover the cheesecakes and simmer slowly under the parchment lid for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve the cheesecakes hot with sour cream and fresh cherries.
