Ingredients for 3-4 servings
salmon Atlantic steak frozen
700g (1 pack)
fresh frozen broccoli
200g (0.5 pack)
fresh frozen green peas
100 g
cream 30%
1 pc (190g)
Cheddar cheese
100 g
lime
0.5 pcs.
fresh garlic
2 cloves
olive oil
2 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/7
Defrost the salmon in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours or in a container with ice water right in the package for 30 minutes. Rinse and dry the fish, salt on both sides.
Step 2/7
Grind the cheese on a fine grater. Remove the green middle from the garlic cloves, finely chop the garlic itself.

Put broccoli and green peas in a bowl, add half of the cheese and garlic.

Squeeze the juice out of the lime, pour over the cream, stir.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, drizzle lightly with olive oil. Put salmon on parchment, vegetables in cream on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, pepper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180C, about 20 minutes until tender.

Serve the salmon hot, sprinkled with paprika before serving.
