Pork ribs
1 kg
Honey
2 tbsp. spoons
Juice of one lemon
Soy sauce

1 hot capsicum

Chop hot peppers along, chop garlic and mix everything with lemon juice, honey and soy sauce.

Rub the resulting marinade with ribs and leave them for at least half an hour. If possible, for an hour. So the meat will have time to soak, and the taste will become more saturated .

There are two cooking options: you can fry on charcoal using a grill, or bake ribs in the oven. If the second option is closer to you, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake the meat for 20 minutes. After that, lower the temperature to 180 degrees and leave the ribs for another 30 minutes.
