Ingredients for 4 servings

pork ribs
1 kg
potatoes
8-10 pcs.
garlic
2-3 wedges
red hot pepper
a few sprigs of sage
salt
casserole sleeve

Brush and cut the potatoes into thick circles, salt and mix well with your hands to evenly distribute the salt.

Put the potatoes in the baking sleeve, salt the pork ribs, pepper and put on top of the potatoes.
