cucumbers

garden radish

doctor's sausage
30 g
egg

garlic
1 clove
ayran
200 ml
mineral water
to taste
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
lemon

Step 1/4
Grate boiled beets and garlic.
Step 2/4
Cut the radishes, cucumber and sausage into strips.
Step 3/4
Put the sausage and chopped vegetables on a plate. Fill with ayran and mineral water. Pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4/4
Garnish the dish with egg and chopped herbs. Drizzle with lemon juice to taste.
