Ingredients for 2 servings
watermelon Dragon egg yellow
400 g
curd cheese
1 can (140g)
celery stems
1-2 pcs.
fennel

walnuts

lime

Step 1/6
Cut off two slices of watermelon about 2 cm thick. Cut off the crusts on four sides so that you get two square slices.

Drizzle over the lime juice and leave for about 5 minutes.

Cut the celery stalks and fennel into slicers. Chop walnuts with a knife. Fennel and celery slices can also be "tweaked" slightly. To do this, pour a little cold water into a small bowl, add ice cubes and put slices of celery and fennel there. Leave for 5-10 minutes, they will twist slightly.

Finely chop the parsley and mix in a bowl with cottage cheese.

Put half the cheese with herbs on each slice of watermelon, level. Top with slices of celery and fennel. Sprinkle with walnuts, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
