Ingredients for 4 servings
Cauliflower

Boil the chicken breast and potatoes in a litre of water, adding the allspice peas and bay leaves. Leave the breast for pizza or make a delicious sandwich for school, and the broth comes in handy for soup .

In a saucepan, fry the onions in butter, add garlic, fry for another minute, then pour in the broth, put the cabbage and carrots - cook until soft.
Step 3/4
Set aside the carrots and pour over a little broth. Purée the rest of the broth with cauliflower and potatoes with a blender, add cream and salt.
Step 4/4
Grind carrots with a small amount of broth separately, do not add cream. Pour soup into a plate, and draw carrot sun on top!
