Wontons are a type of dumpling in Chinese cuisine. They are usually served in broth, but sometimes fried. You can stick the wontons in advance, freeze and use as needed. Just toss them in boiling broth - and in a few minutes a hearty dinner will be ready.

Recipe "Wontons Soup"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
wheat flour, v/s
300g
salt
½ tsp
hot water
150-200 ml
white-footed shrimp
200 g
minced broiler chicken
1 pack (500 g)
fresh ginger
20 g
fresh cilantro
10 g
onion green
20 g
soy sauce
40 ml
salt

sugar
10 g
ground black pepper
to taste
beef broth
600 ml
onion green
10 g
soy sauce
20 ml
sesame oil
10 ml
fresh ginger

Step 1/7
Add salt to the flour and knead the dough in hot water (not boiling water). Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then make a crumble and leave it under the film again for 30 minutes.
Step 2/7
Roll out the dough as thin as possible and cut into squares. Dust them with flour and put them under the film.

Finely chop ginger, cilantro and green onions.
Step 4/7
Finely chop the shrimp.
Step 5/7
Combine all the ingredients for the filling and wrap in squares of dough.

Cook the wontons until tender - in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, after they have surfaced.
Step 7/7
Preheat the broth. Put soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil and chopped ginger in bowls. Pour over the stock and add the wontons.
