Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe

Turkey thigh fillet

Egg noodles

Bulb

Pour the fillet with 2.5l of cold water, add salt, pepper, peeled onions and carrots, tough stalks of herbs and bring to a boil over medium heat, remove the foam, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 1.5-2 hours, make sure that the broth does not boil.
Step 2/3
When the delicious aromatic broth is ready, just boil the noodles in it, in the middle of cooking the noodles, add the onions fried in butter.

Add chopped greens and trimmed meat to the plate.
