onions
1 pc.
carrots
1 pc.
potatoes
2 pcs.
cream 10%
200 ml
butter
20 g
vegetable oil
30 ml
fresh green onions, parsley, dill to serve
to taste
bay leaf
1 pc.
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Step 1/6
Dice the potatoes and set them to cook in a saucepan.
Step 2/6
Finely dice the onions and coarsely grate the carrots. Sauté vegetables in a mixture of vegetable and butter.

Dice the fish and arrange with the seafood to the potatoes with the browned vegetables.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the cream and spices.

Bring to a boil and simmer at low temperature with the lid closed for another 10-15 minutes.
