Quail carcass

Large bunch of spinach (or 100g frozen)
Brown rice
40 g
Dry porcini mushrooms
20 g
Bulb

Cover the quail with cold water, bring to a boil, lower the heat, add spices and cook for about twenty minutes.

Pour white mushrooms with a little boiling water, set aside. Cut the onions and spinach and season in butter.

Add washed rice and cut mushrooms to the soup (strain the water from under the mushrooms and also pour into the broth), cook for another 5-10 minutes, then add spinach, warm for another 5 minutes - the soup is ready!
