pike perch fillet

onions
1 medium onion
wheat crackers
40 g

Defrost the fillets in the refrigerator in advance, rinse and dry with napkins, put on an oiled baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Crush crackers into crumbs in a blender or mortar. Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden, pour in the crumb crumb and mix, salt to taste.
