Royal mushrooms mushrooms, pcs
100 g
Mushrooms Oyster
100 g
Creamy coconut drink
150 ml
Soy sauce
30 ml
Shallots
1 pc.
Garlic
1 clove
Sunflower oil. high-olein

Step 1/4
Chop the shallots with feathers, chop the garlic. Cut champignons into plates, tear oyster mushrooms with your hands along the fibers.
Step 2/4
In a frying pan, heat a little sunflower oil, add mushrooms and shallots, extinguish a little until soft. Add garlic, continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3/4
Add salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Adjust the amount of salt to taste. Simmer until the soy sauce evaporates. Then add coconut cream or thick sour cream, mix and simmer until mushrooms are cooked. Season with thyme.

Boil the feathers from the half until ready according to the instructions on the package. Serve the feathers with the mushroom sauce.
