Recipe "Mediterranean chicken steaks"
Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken fillet steaks
450g (1 pack)
cream 20%
50 ml
dried basil
1/2 tsp
oregano dried
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
1/4 tsp or to taste
ground paprika
1/2 tsp
dried garlic
1 tsp
asparagus
250g (1/2 pack)
broccoli
350g (1 head)
olive oil
4-5 tbsp. spoons
table salt

Wash broccoli, disassemble into inflorescences, too large can be cut into several parts. Poker will not be needed.

Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and lay out broccoli. Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, stirring if necessary. You can add some water.

Put the chicken fillet in a bowl, pour the cream there, pour in the spices, mix. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cut asparagus in half (you do not need to defrost it).

10-15 minutes after starting to cook the broccoli, slide the florets to one side of the pan and place the asparagus. Cook for about 5 minutes more over medium-high heat, stirring if necessary.

Preheat the pan with the remaining olive oil. Spread out the steaks 2-3 at a time and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.

Serve the chicken with the broccoli and asparagus.
