500 g
zucchini
1 pc.
sweet pepper
1 pc.
cherry Sweet Bunch
60 g
cream 30%
1 pc (190g)
Cheddar cheese
60 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
parsley

Defrost the fish in the refrigerator for several hours or in ice water directly in the package for 40 minutes. Rinse the steaks and dry, salt.

Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into long slices, leave the cherry on a sprig.

Preheat the grill pan, brush with olive oil and arrange the fish and vegetables so there is room between the pieces.

Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes on one side, then gently turn over and fry on the other side for another 5-6 minutes until tender.
