You won't surprise anyone with an ordinary beef steak now. What about steak with potatoes, bright cauliflower and lingonberry sauce? And if you put all this in a jar to make it convenient to take with you? We cooked - and we loved the dish.

Ingredients per 1 large can serving
steak machete

cherry small

2 cloves
lingonberry sauce
2-3 tbsp. l.
boiled potatoes
200 g
assorted cabbage
150 g
microgreens of peas
for decorating
salt
to taste
olive oil
1 tbsp. l.
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Step 1/9
Beat the steak with a hammer. Brush with olive oil and salt.
Step 2/9
Preheat the grill pan. Toast the steak for 1 minute on each side. Place on a plate, cover with foil and leave to rest.
Step 3/9
Grill the potatoes in the pan in the remaining steak fat. Salt. Crush the garlic cloves and fry for a few minutes along with the potatoes. Pepper, stir and put in a bowl.

Put the cherry tomatoes in the same pan, add a pinch of sugar and fry quickly, stirring constantly.

Blanch the cabbage in boiling water for 1 minute.

Cut the steak into thin strips. Add 1 tbsp. l. lingonberry sauce and mix.

Put the potatoes on the bottom of the jar. On top are cherry tomatoes.

Next - chopped steak with sauce and another 1-2 tbsp. l. lingonberry sauce.

If necessary, divide the cabbage into smaller inflorescences and put in the jar with the next layer. Garnish with microgreens to taste.
