Juicy rib-eye with spicy butter - simple but spectacular. The oil for this recipe can be made in advance, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Instead of peanuts, you can use onion fries - it will turn out no less tasty.

Recipe "Steak with aromatic oil"
Ingredients for 1-2 portions
steak "Ribay"
1 pack (300 g)
butter
100 g
gorgonzola
50 g
fried salted peanuts
30 g
garlic
2-3 cloves
rosemary
1 sprig
coarse sea salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil for frying

Step 1/8
Remove the steak from the fridge 15-20 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
Step 2/8
Chop the peanuts finely.
Step 3/8
Take nuts and add room temperature butter to them (it is important that it is not too warm), as well as gorgonzola. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Then put the resulting mass on a food film and twist in the shape of a bar with a diameter of about 5 cm. Put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Preheat a pan of vegetable oil and fry lightly crushed garlic cloves and a sprig of rosemary on it for a minute.

Arrange the steak and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare (medium).

Wrap the meat in foil and let rest for 5 minutes, then cut into thick slices.

Salt and pepper the steak to taste, and top with a mug of butter and gorgonzola.
