Recipe "Halibut steak with sweet potato puree"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
halibut blue steak
1 pack
sweet potato
3 pcs.
butter
40 g
cherry
15 pcs.
spinach fresh
30 g
thyme
a few twigs
parsley
small bundle
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
garlic
2 cloves
Step 1/6
Thaw the halibut fillet, remove from the package, rinse and dry.
Step 2/6
Peel the sweet potato and cook in a little boiling water until soft.
Step 3/6
Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Arrange the cherry, crushed garlic cloves. Add a couple of sprigs of thyme, salt, pepper and pour over the olive oil.
Step 4/6
Preheat the oven to 190C and bake the fish for about 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5/6
Drain the pan with the finished sweet potato. Add butter to the root vegetable and punch everything with a blender until evenly mashed. Salt to taste.
Step 6/6
Put mashed potatoes on a plate, halibut steak and baked cherry on top. Garnish with green spinach leaves and serve.
