Recipe "Halibut steak with shrimp and celery puree"
Ingredients for 2 servings
halibut blue steak
400 g
northern shrimps peeled
200 g
celery root
Root ½ (200-300 g)
orange (juice)

fresh thyme

freshly ground black pepper

Thaw halibut and shrimp steaks in advance in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours
Step 2/6
Peel the celery root, cut into arbitrary pieces, cook until soft.

Drain the celery, punch the blender into the puree, add butter, salt, pepper and coriander, stir, keep warm.

Preheat the oven to 180S. Salt, pepper and fry the halibut steaks in olive oil until golden brown, bring to readiness in the oven for 12 minutes.
