Ingredients for 2 servings

salmon atlantic steak ohl.
2 pcs.
sea cocktail frozen
100 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
butter
1 tsp
honey
1 tbsp. spoon
red caviar
3 tsp
parsley
50 g
fresh thyme
1 sprig
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

If the steaks are frozen - defrost them in advance in the refrigerator, about 5-7 hours. Also defrost the sea cocktail.

Marinate the sea cocktail in a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce.
