Cut the breast into steaks about 1.5-2 cm thick, and divide the thigh fillet into pieces without connective tissue.

We beat off the steaks slightly. Basically, this is necessary for the thigh fillet, since it is tougher - by beating off the meat, we reduce the cooking time. Therefore, if you are very hungry, then we beat off the breast.

We make a mixture of aromatic spices for turkey, she loves them very much. A pinch of basil, oregano, black pepper, paprika and salt will do the trick.

We heat the pan, pour olive oil, lay out the steaks (without spices). Fry on a good medium heat for 3-4 minutes breast (hip - 6-7 minutes), turn over and fry for another 2 minutes (thigh fillet - 4 minutes). Sprinkle with spices, cover with a lid, turn off the stove. The turkey will reach in a cooling pan and remain juicy!
