1 pc (200g)
Greek yogurt
50 g
green beans
200 g
cherry tomatoes
40 g
salad seed mix
10 g
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l.
dried garlic
2 tsp
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Step 1/5
Lightly beat the turkey steak, salt and pepper to taste. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown or bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2/5
Fry the green beans in the same pan where the turkey was cooked, with salt, pepper and half the dried garlic.
Step 3/5
Mix the yogurt with the remaining dried garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4/5
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 5/5
Sprinkle the finished beans with the salad seeds and serve with the turkey, yoghurt sauce and cherry tomatoes.
