A very light and sophisticated snack, the subtle aroma of smoked trout is great with suluguni, and slightly crunchy asparagus sets off these flavours and adds freshness, try it!

Asparagus in Trout Slices recipe
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
fresh asparagus
100 g
trout slices x/c
150 g
Suluguni cheese "Kosichka "

Step 1/4
Disassemble the cheese into threads (you need 8-10 pieces).
Step 2/4
In asparagus shoots, break off the lower hard ends of the stems (they can then be added to soup or stew).
Step 3/4
In a small saucepan, boil water, salt, put asparagus so that tender heads are above the surface of the water and steamed, cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 4/4
Remove the finished asparagus immediately and transfer to ice water for a minute. Wrap each asparagus shoot in a trout slice and tie with cheese floss. Serve at the holiday table!
