"Rich" and rich pasta, quite suitable for a festive dinner or lunch. Shrimp can be bought already peeled, but the main thing is to choose those that are frozen raw, otherwise after frying they will become dry.

Ingredients for 4 servings
Argentine shrimps without a head
1 pack (500g)
zucchini or zucchini
1 small
diced tomatoes
0.5 cans (200g)
cream 30%
100 ml
spaghetti
1 pack (400g)
hard Grand Premier cheese (or other hard)
40 g
onions shallot
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
oregano dry
pinch
freshly ground pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/5
Thaw the shrimp in a few hours in the refrigerator or in an hour in ice water right in the package. Peel, salt and sprinkle with oregano.

Cut the zucchini into medium cubes, finely chop the shallots and garlic. Fry zucchini in olive oil until golden, put on a plate.

Fry the shrimp very quickly (no more than 1 minute) over high heat in the oil remaining from the zucchini on both sides, also put on a plate.

Boil water, salt and put to cook spaghetti. Fry onions and garlic until transparent over low heat, add tomatoes and cream, cook for another minute. Salt to taste, then add prawns to the pan and turn off the heat, stir.

Drain the spaghetti, place the hot paste in the pan and toss with the sauce and prawns. Arrange on plates, add zucchini, pepper, sprinkle with grated or thinly sliced cheese. Eat pasta hot!
