Recipe "Sauces to nachos "
Ingredients for 4 servings
For the salsa sauce:
Chopped tomatoes
200 ml
Onion green

Garlic

For the guacamole sauce:
Avocado ripe
1 pc.
Lime ( juice)
1/2 pc.
Onion red
1 tsp
Tomatoes
1 pc.
Cilantro

For the "cheese" sauce:
Cashew (fried or raw)
50 g
Pickled jalapeño
2 tsp
Spice mix Exotic
1 tsp
Salt

Cooking salsa sauce. Mix all the ingredients for it in a blender. By varying the time, you can prepare both a mixture with fairly large pieces, and closer to the consistency of a homogeneous puree.

Cooking guacamole sauce. Mash with an avocado fork in a bowl. Add the juice of half the lime, finely chopped red sweet onions (or shallots), chopped fresh tomato, cilantro, salt and pepper. Stir - and done!

Cooking cashew cheese sauce (vegan). Combine the roasted (or raw) cashews and pickled jalapeños, spice mix, salt and water in a blender. It is better to add water gradually, adjusting the desired density of the sauce.
