The tartar sauce is ideal for fish and seafood dishes and is also good for poultry. Traditionally, it is prepared on the basis of mayonnaise, but we suggest adding more sour cream - you get a lighter version.

Recipe "Tartar sauce"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
sour cream 20%

mayonnaise
100 g
pickled gherkins
4-6 pcs.
fresh dill
small bundle
garlic
2 tooth.
salt

freshly ground pepper

Step 1/4
Put the mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl.
Step 2/4
Finely chop the greens, pass the garlic through the press and also put in a bowl.
Step 3/4
Finely grate over the pickled gherkins and add to the rest of the ingredients.
