Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken breast fillet
450 g
fresh or frozen green beans
1/3 pack (100g)
eggplants
250g (1 medium or 1/2 large)
onions
120g (1 medium)
bell pepper
120g (1/2 large or 1 small)
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce
3 tbsp. spoons
sesame white
1 tsp
fresh garlic
1 clove
cilantro
a couple of twigs
parsley
a couple of twigs
Step 1/7
Chop the bell peppers into large pieces. Roughly chop the onion as well. Cut the eggplant lengthwise into 4 parts, and then in slices. Garlic - in circles.

Preheat pan with vegetable oil. Place the peppers, onion, aubergine and cook over a high heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.

Add beans (if you took frozen, then you do not need to defrost in advance), you can add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of water. Cook for about 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.

Add soy sauce, garlic and chicken.

Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes until the bird is ready.

Finely chop the greens.
Step 7/7
Arrange the chicken and vegetables on plates, sprinkle with the chopped greens, sesame seeds and serve.
