A family recipe from our brand chef Lena Lande, she herself calls them "salty tomatoes from Aunt Sarah." Such tomatoes have very little vinegar, and most importantly, they are not heat treated, so they need to be stored in the refrigerator. When stored, tomatoes leaven a little and turn out to be very tasty.
